Bob Wilber

Bob Wilber has devoted himself to the fitness industry for 38 years. Bob graduated from Saint Mary's college with a degree in Health & Human Performance with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. His many certifications include ACSM, APEX, ACE and NASM. Bob's unique training style is utilized at 5in1 Fitness to generate optimum results through five different approaches to training. Shon Halasi

Shon has been a professional personal trainer and fitness/wellness coach for 15 years. His whole body wellness program approach was forged as a competitive cyclist. For Shon, training is not just a matter of coming to the gym and simply performing a series of tasks. Instead, he believes his clients should maintain a strong personal devotion to both the nutritional and physical aspects of health. He finds these objectives to be crucial in attaining personal fitness goals.

Justin has many certifications. He is a licensed personal trainer through NASM and he has specialized certifications in MMA conditioning, Nutrition coaching/counseling, integrated Flexibility, with an emphasis on functional and corrective exercise. He grew up in an athletic family, that specifically enjoyed basketball. Justin has always been drawn to health and fitness in all aspects of his life. He enjoys teaching people about fitness, so personal training has been a perfect fit for him. Justin has been in the industry for 8 years and he absolutely loves it! He really wants to help people find alternative solutions to their health challenges through fitness in leu of surgeries and taking prescription drugs.

Randy Hinkle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Training Specialist. Randy has many sports interests including: baseball, motocross, golf, water skiing and water ski jumping. Randy is a retired firefighter and police officer who enjoys community service. Randy has continued with his love of fitness through his own training and he is excited about the opportunity to share his passion for fitness with his clients. He understands that many clients have specific needs and he has become knowledgeable on exercise modifications to meet their needs. As a personal trainer, Julie focuses on big compound exercises are her main focus, along with hypertrophy and growing muscle mass. Julie is a big believer in teaching exercise for longevity.

Madilyn is currently working toward a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification through NASM. Madilyn continues to expand her knowledge in sports performance, injury prevention, and program design to better support every kind of client, from beginners to athletes.
 

Fitness became a life-changing passion after Madilyn’s own transformation. A journey from unhealthy habits and low self-worth to strength, confidence, and self-respect. That experience fuels her dedication to helping others find the same sense of empowerment through movement and mindful living.

With 10 years in the fitness industry, Ida’s career has been shaped by a passion for helping people understand their bodies and build real confidence. Ida studied Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at Virginia Tech and completed the ACE Personal Training certification program, giving her a strong foundation in both science-based training and hands-on coaching.
 

That foundation led Ida into multiple roles, including managing personal training departments, coaching clients, and working in supplement shops such as Vitamin Shoppe and The Nutrition Corners, where she spent years educating customers on healthy living, nutrition, and exercise. Every step showed Ida how transformative strength training and healthy living can be for people at any age and stage of life.
 

Fitness has always been central in Ida’s life, which is why she specializes in helping women feel comfortable and capable in the weight room. Watching her clients pick up a barbell, overcome hesitation, and realize their strength is one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Strength training does not just change bodies; it builds resilience in and out of the gym.
